Formal Proposal for the Impeachment of Secretary of State Marco Rubio

The time has come to hold the Secretary of State accountable. I am formally proposing the impeachment of Secretary of State Marco Rubio for high crimes, misdemeanors, and a betrayal of the fundamental principles of our democracy.
For decades, the so-called "war on drugs" has been weaponized as a geostrategic tool for dominance in Latin America and the Caribbean. We now know this policy was originally fabricated during the Nixon era to undermine and control sovereign nations:
“The Nixon campaign in 1968, and the Nixon White House after that, had two enemies: the antiwar left and black people. You understand what I’m saying? We knew we couldn’t make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin, and then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders, raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did.”
Under Secretary Rubio's leadership, this deceptive framework continues to result in unprovoked attacks and political destabilization across the region, all under the false guise of targeting narco-traffickers. Rather than prioritizing diplomacy, mutual respect, and multilateral cooperation through international and regional institutions as America's top diplomat, Secretary Rubio has instead pursued policies that foster ongoing conflict and heighten tensions, with the stated aim of invading Cuba. These actions represent a serious breach of public trust and a violation of Article II, Section 4 for "Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors of the US Constitution.
I am running for Congress in 2028 and am committed to pursuing articles of impeachment against Secretary Rubio in accordance with the law and the principles of justice. My goal is to ensure accountability and uphold the rule of law, not to seek personal retribution.
