  • Establish a savings account for every child born in Nevada’s 2nd Congressional District, funded at birth and allowed to grow until adulthood. This policy helps ensure every young Nevadan has a financial foundation—regardless of family background—empowering them to pursue education, start a business, or buy a home as adults. Universal baby bonds promote economic opportunity, upward mobility, and generational wealth-building for all families.

  • Guarantee free, high-quality childcare and pre-K for all families. Invest in early learning as a right, supporting working parents’ freedom to work and children’s dignity. Supports family values and economic opportunity for all, especially in rural and working-class Northern Nevada communities.



  •  Fully fund public schools with equitable resources, including rural and tribal schools. Ensure every child receives a quality education, regardless of zip code. Promotes human freedom, opportunity, and personal responsibility—values shared across the political spectrum.

  •  Guarantee tuition-free community college, vocational training, and public universities. Empower Nevadans to pursue careers without crushing debt. Supports upward mobility and workforce development, benefiting all NVCD02 residents, including veterans and working adults.

  • Implement Medicare for All: guaranteed, affordable healthcare from birth to end of life. Ensures health freedom and security, reduces costs, and prevents medical bankruptcies. Respect for human dignity and liberty—aligns with rural needs where access is critical.

  • Invest in affordable housing, rental assistance, and first-time homebuyer support. Protect against predatory landlords and ensure stable homes for every Nevadan. Emphasizes personal and economic freedom, security, and family stability—core conservative and libertarian values.

  • Raise the minimum wage to a living wage indexed to inflation. Protect the right to organize and ensure workplace dignity. Universal prosperity and personal responsibility are advanced, supporting hard-working Nevadans across urban and rural areas.


  •  Universal paid leave for all workers—caring for newborns, the sick, or aging parents—without risking jobs or pay. Upholds human dignity, family values, and individual liberty, especially in multigenerational and blue-collar households.

  • Reduce red tape and simplify permitting to make it easier to start and grow local businesses. Expand access to low-interest loans, technical assistance, and fair tax policy for entrepreneurs. Prioritize rural, tribal, and minority-owned businesses—supporting innovation, job creation, and economic resilience across the district. Foster an environment where small businesses thrive as the backbone of Nevada’s economy.

  • Expand and protect Social Security and pensions. No senior should retire in poverty after a lifetime of work. Ensures economic liberty and respect for elders, a right for every Nevadan from miners to teachers, rural or urban.


  •  Deliver affordable, high-speed internet to every home, business, and school, from the city to the most rural ranch. Digital liberty and economic opportunity for all, enabling education, telehealth, and small business growth across Northern Nevada.

  • Guarantee access to clean air, water, and affordable renewable energy. Invest in water conservation, wildfire resilience, and energy jobs. Human right to a healthy environment and liberty from pollution—vital for ranchers, tribes, and all NVCD02 residents.


  • Ensure well-funded, responsive police, fire, and emergency medical services in all communities. Prioritize disaster preparedness and support for first responders, especially in rural and wildfire-prone areas. Safe neighborhoods and rapid response are universally valued.

  • The right to equal treatment and opportunity

    Invest in upgrading roads, bridges, and public transit, with an emphasis on rural connectivity and safe travel. Reliable infrastructure supports economic growth, public safety, and quality of life for every Nevadan.

  • Expand access to healthcare, mental health services, job training, and housing for veterans and their families. Honor the service of those who protect our freedoms and ensure their dignity and well-being.

  • Strengthen water management to ensure reliable supply for households, agriculture, and industry. Invest in drought mitigation, conservation, and modern infrastructure—critical for Nevada’s environment and economy.

  • Improve access to mental health care and addiction treatment. Destigmatize seeking help and invest in community-based resources to support recovery, reduce homelessness, and promote public safety for all.

These rights—to dignity, freedom, and opportunity—don't belong to any political party. They belong to every human being. They're not negotiable because they're not political positions. They're moral truths.
