Imagine driving through Nevada’s breathtaking landscapes, from the rolling hills of northern Nevada to the wide-open desert, and seeing wind turbines that blend seamlessly with their surroundings. These are not the industrial eyesores of past generations, but modern, aesthetically pleasing turbines designed to camouflage within the environment. Our plan will ensure that wind power is not only abundant but also beautiful, respecting Nevada’s natural heritage while powering our communities.

Solar for Every Home—Rooftop Revolution

Every rooftop in Nevada can—and should—be a source of clean energy. With cutting-edge technology like Tesla’s solar tiles, homes and apartment buildings will feature solar installations that are virtually indistinguishable from traditional roofing. These panels not only produce more energy than they consume, but also allow homeowners and renters to export surplus power across the state. The result? Monthly checks for Nevadans, turning every household into a miniature power plant and a participant in the state’s energy economy.

Our Green Marshall Plan will provide generous tax credits for homeowners and renters to install these solar solutions, funded by billionaire corporations like Tesla and Amazon that currently don’t pay their fair share. By redirecting their tax contributions, we can make clean energy affordable and accessible to all, ensuring economic justice alongside environmental progress.

Water Desalination: Securing Nevada’s Future

Water scarcity has long threatened Nevada’s growth and prosperity. Our plan includes a cutting-edge desalination project, turning abundant water from our region into a reliable, sustainable resource. By investing in innovative desalination technology, we can secure Nevada’s water supply for generations, supporting agriculture, industry, and daily life while protecting our natural ecosystems.

Universal Basic Income: Rewarding Clean Energy Participation

As part of the Green Marshall Plan, every Nevada resident will receive a Universal Basic Income (UBI) of $1,300 per month. This UBI is funded by the savings and profits generated from our clean energy initiatives—wind, solar, and water desalination—along with contributions from our state’s wealthiest corporations. By sharing the benefits of a thriving renewable economy, we will lift families out of poverty, support small businesses, and empower every Nevadan to pursue their dreams.

Learning from Global Leaders—But Doing Even Better

Ezra Klein’s book Abundance highlights Germany’s pioneering solar program in the 1990s and China’s rapid improvements in the years since. Nevada has the opportunity to surpass even these global leaders. With more sunshine per year than Germany and China combined, Nevada can set a new standard for solar adoption. America is better equipped, more innovative, and more resilient—we can build on their successes and leap ahead, ensuring that Nevada leads the world in clean energy.

Ending Perpetual War and Foreign Dependence

By investing in domestic clean energy, we will wean ourselves from perpetual wars, foreign oil, and the influence of foreign lobbies—including the Israel lobby. Our Green Marshall Plan is about environmental justice, economic independence, and peace. By preserving our environment and shifting toward renewables, we save thousands of dollars for homeowners and renters, create millions of good-paying jobs, and maintain America’s global leadership in the 21st century.
